​​CrossFit Foundations



Everyone who attends our Crossfit classes must first undergo the foundations course. we run through the basic movements you will need to become competent at in order for you to get the best out of our classes.



the foundations consist of Nine basic movements :-

1)

Air Squat*
Front Squat*
Overhead Squat*

2) 

Shoulder Press*
Push Press*
Push Jerk*

3)

Deadlift*
Sumo Deadlift High Pull*
Med. Ball Clean
 
*all movements demonstrated and executed with a PVC pipe

with a small taste of whats to come with a workout called 'Cindy'
which consists of 10 minutes of as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of


5 Pull Ups, 10 Press Ups, 15 AirSquats.


OUR Foundations ARE ON
TUESDAYS @ 6:30PM AND SATURDAY @ 1pm
