Everyone who attends our Crossfit classes must first undergo the FUNDaMENTALS course. we run through the basic movements you will need to become competent at in order for you to get the best out of our classes.


the foundations consist of Nine basic movements :-

Air Squat*
Front Squat*
Overhead Squat*

Shoulder Press*
Push Press*
3 Jerk*

Split jerk*

Deadlift*

POWER/SQUAT SNATCH*

POWER/SQUAT CLEAN*


 
*all movements demonstrated and executed with a PVC pipe
